    Revamp Magic provides an AI-powered room redesign platform that allows users to upload photos of their spaces and receive AI-generated redesign suggestions in various styles. The Service includes both free and paid features.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
    • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

    4. Credits and Payments

    Certain features require credits, which can be purchased through our platform. By purchasing credits:

    • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
    • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
    • Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

    5. User Content

    When you upload content to our Service:

    • You retain ownership of your original uploaded images.
    • You grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.
    • AI-generated designs are provided for personal use. Commercial licensing may require a separate agreement.
    • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI models.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
    • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
    • Impersonate another person or entity.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not be used as professional architectural or interior design advice without consulting a qualified professional.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    9. Communications

    By creating an account, you agree to receive occasional emails from us, including:

    • Service updates, new features, and product announcements.
    • Design tips, inspiration, and educational content.
    • Important account notifications (e.g. credit balance, security).

    You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email. Transactional emails related to your account (e.g. password resets, payment confirmations) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
